Smoke Face

From the ending cigarette of ‘time’
making smoke of ‘memories’
in the smoke of memories
if your face appears…
How difficult it becomes
to hide you
from the rest of the world
so then i breathe in hard
your face of smoke
in my chest, and keep it there
so that you remain hidden
from the whole world….

but how is it possible
that even if the cigarette of ‘time’
pause to burn
cannot finish
it can break, it can disappear
and besides, how long
can one keep the smoke inside…

So i try to make excuses
to remain alone
and smoke alone
breathing in, your face of smoke
hard in my chest
and keeping it there more and more
so that you remain hidden
from the whole world
till the cigarette of time ends….
